SPLIT

Steve O'Shea

  • 30 ml Mr. Hyde Gin
  • 10 ml Cardamom Distillate
  • 15 ml Basil Cordial
  • 60 ml Dr. Jekyll Tonic
Mix 30 ml of Mr. Hyde Gin with 10 ml of cardamom distillate and 15 ml of basil cordial. Serve in a glass with ice and top with 60 ml of Dr. Jekyll Tonic. Stir gently and enjoy this fresh and aromatic cocktail.

  • 60 ml Mr. Hyde Gin
  • 30 ml Grapefruit Juice
  • Mint Leaves
  • 25 ml Rose and Elderflower Syrup
  • 20 ml Egg White
  • 20 ml Cream (35%)
Place everything in the shaker and perform a hard shake. Strain and do a dry shake. Pour a bit of Dr. Jekyll Tonic into a chilled Collins glass. Pour the mixture into the glass and let it rest for about 30 seconds to chill. Finish with a top of Dr. Jekyll Tonic and garnish with a mini rose.

MANUEL HITA

  • 60 ml Mr. Hyde Gin
  • 50 ml Citrus and Aged Chamomile Cordial
  • 40 ml Egg White and Milk Mix
  • Top with Dr. Jekyll Tonic
  • Garnish with Dehydrated Orange
Combine 60 ml of Mr. Hyde Gin with 50 ml of citrus and chamomile cordial. Add 40 ml of egg white and milk mixture, and shake vigorously to achieve a creamy texture. Top with Dr. Jekyll Tonic. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated orange and enjoy this masterpiece.

PINK MOUNTAIN

  • 3/4 of a Dr. Jekyll Tonic
  • 60 ml Mr. Hyde Gin
  • 25 ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 5 ml Lime Juice
  • 25 ml Raspberry, Ginger, and Pink Pepper Syrup
  • 200 ml Egg White
  • 2 N2O Charges
Start by adding 60 ml of Mr. Hyde Gin, 25 ml of grapefruit juice, 5 ml of lime juice, and 25 ml of raspberry, ginger, and pink pepper syrup. Add 200 ml of egg white and mix everything in a siphon with two N2O charges. Serve 3/4 of Dr. Jekyll Tonic in a chilled glass.

METAMORFOSIS

Miguel Angel

  • 60 ml Mr. Hyde Gin
  • 20 ml Japanese Yuzu
  • 10 ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 20 ml Red Dragon Fruit Cordial
  • 20 ml Pasteurized Egg White
  • 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Dehydrated Dragon Fruit Powder
Chill the glass and prepare the base mixture by shaking the cordial, liqueurs, and egg white. Shake with gin and ice in a cocktail shaker, strain into the glass, and gently add the tonic to highlight the frothy effect. Garnish with dragon fruit, flowers, and mint, and serve on a chest to create the color metamorphosis effect.

  • 10 ml Monin Lychee Liqueur
  • 10 ml Liquid Sugar
  • 2 dashes Foamee
  • 20 ml Dr. Jekyll Tonic
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
Macerate 30 ml of Mr. Hyde Gin with 10 g of mallow and 10 g of pea butterfly. Add 10 ml of Monin lychee liqueur, 10 ml of liquid sugar, and 2 dashes of foamee (vegan egg white). Add 20 ml of Dr. Jekyll Tonic and 15 ml of lemon juice, poured last to change the color. Serve without ice in a frozen glass. A cocktail that reflects the duality of things.

  • Top with Dr. Jekyll Tonic
Combine 60 ml of Mr. Hyde Gin, 30 ml of almond liqueur, 30 ml of lychee liqueur, 25 ml of banana syrup, and 30 ml of Agrum Mix in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a tiki glass with ice, and add a top of Dr. Jekyll Tonic. Garnish with an edible flower, lemon, and mint.

JOSE glace

  • 40 ml Gin
  • 100 ml Tonic
  • 30 ml Egg White
  • 20 ml Orange Juice
  • 10 ml Carob Liqueur
  • 5 ml Honey
In a shaker, mix 40 ml of gin, 30 ml of egg white, 20 ml of orange juice, 10 ml of carob liqueur, 5 ml of honey, and 5 ml of EVOO with ice. Shake vigorously, strain over a spherical ice cube, and add 100 ml of tonic. Aromatize with grapefruit and basil for a fresh, citrusy touch.

Ginger Hyde

  • 30 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 15 ml Mandarin and Yuzu Cordial
  • Crushed Ginger Slice
  • Top with Dr. Jekyll Tonic
  • Garnish: Ginger Slice and Maraschino Cherry

Mix 40 ml of Mr. Hyde Gin, 20 ml of Fino, 30 ml of pineapple juice, and 15 ml of mandarin and yuzu cordial. Add a slice of crushed ginger and top with Dr. Jekyll Tonic. Garnish with a slice of ginger and a maraschino cherry.

Bipolar Tonic

  • 50 ml Mr. Hyde Gin
  • 30 ml Cilantro-Passion Syrup
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Foamee
  • 100 ml Dr. Jekyll Tonic
To prepare the Bipolar Tonic, atomize lime juice on the side of a glass, sprinkle passion fruit powder, and place an ice block. In a shaker with ice, mix 50 ml of Mr. Hyde Gin, 30 ml of cilantro-passion syrup, and 15 ml of lime. Shake, strain over the ice, and add 100 ml of Dr. Jekyll Tonic. Garnish with dehydrated pink grapefruit, cilantro, and lime spheres.
